Total cost per crew is NZ$79,500 if paid (in full) before 31 March 2011.
$83,500nz if paid (in full) before 31 October 2011, $85,500nz after 31 October 2011.

Please be aware that exchange rates vary daily, and this is simply an indication of costs in the more common currencies.
The costs are based on two people sharing a car and accommodation.
Includes:
- Airport greeting and transfer to hotel
- Accommodation - based on two people sharing a room
- Breakfast and evening meals throughout the trip
- Welcome/farewell events and dinners where specified
- Rally plates and side panels
- Event clothing
- Freight & shipping costs (both ways), importation and MAF clearance of your vehicle
- Shipping insurance
- If not shipping own vehicle, cost of locally hired 4x4
- All necessary route books and maps
- Full support from a team of mechanics
- Event doctor following the route and an open surgery at each overnight
- An administration and welcome party to greet you at each hotel and to smooth check in
- Event photographer
- Excursions including, Aboriginal community, Great Barrier Reef, Winery, etc...
Not included:
- International or internal flights
- International departure taxes
- Excess baggage charges
- Any storage charges of vehicle and baggage/personal effects, including extended port storage
- Carnet de Passage
- Travel/health insurance, visa fees, vaccinations, passports
- Insurance premiums, unless specified
- Single-room supplements
- Meals other than those stated as included
- International driving permit
- Fuel
- Optional tours and excursions, entry to museums, parks and other places of interest
- All items of a personal nature such as laundry, room service charges, drinks, phone calls, etc.
- Tips for personal services
- All other expenditures

After that we'll be in touch. A deposit of NZ$5000 will be required upon booking.
NZ$25,000 will then be payable on 31 July 2011, followed by NZ$25,000 on 31 January 2012 and the balance + any extra excursions on 1 June 2012. In the meantime, you'll receive regular updates from us guiding you through everything you need to know.
